Leo Koziol, Resource Renewal Institute (RRI), email: leo@rri.org Leo Koziol is a Policy Analyst at RRI's San Francisco office. Mr. Koziol oversees RRI's Green Plan Center, including its international environmental policy library and comprehensive website. Prior to RRI, Mr. Koziol worked with Waitakere City Council, New Zealand, which has received international acclaim for its vision of becoming an "eco-city" (see: http://www.waitakere.govt.nz) Mr. Koziol also oversees RRI's Sustainable Communities Campaign.
