Jeff McCracken has been director of Public Affairs for the Bureau of Reclamation in Sacramento for the past 10 years. He spent 25 years in broadcasting as a little of everything, anchor, producer, news director and news consultant. 8 of those years were in San Francisco at KGO-TV and ABC.
