Kevin Kelly is the founding Executive Editor of Wired.
He was involved in the 1993 launch of this influential magazine, and
has been editing the magazine since. In 1994 and 1997, during Kelly's
tenure, Wired won the National Magazine Award for General Excellence
(the industry's equivalent of two Oscars). Mr. Kelly is also the author
of Out of Control: The New Biology of Machines, Economic and Social
Systems and The New Rules of the New Economy Kevin Kelly's
writing has appeared in many national and international publicationssuch
as Time, The Economist, Harpers, Esquire, GQ, and the New York Times.
