Richard Plevin is Electronic Communications Director at Global Exchange in San Francisco, where he is charting the organization's internet strategy. He has developed websites for several progressive grassroots organizations in the US, Mexico and Brazil. Richard earned his degrees in Computer Science before Microsoft was a twinkle in Bill Gates' eye, and developed software for 17 years prior to joining Global Exchange.
