Tomorrow Makers

Gail Taylor has over 25 years helping professional, scientific, corporate, and community teams discover deep patterns of interconnection, develop shared understanding and self-organize at new levels of coherence and Group Genius. Gail co-founded MG Taylor Corporation (1980) and The knOwhere Store (1995) with her husband, Matt Taylor. Her clients have included Kaiser Permanente, Hewlett-Packard, Netscape, the City of Orlando, Electronic Arts, Identity Commons, The US. Navy, and the World Economic Forum.

In 2003, Gail co-founded Tomorrow Makers, Inc. with Christina Carpenter to work at both the grassroots and global level. Inspired by network theory and complex adaptive systems, they are tracking patterns that reveal how and why systems work, and experimenting with designs for building flexible social networks that Increasingly collaborate, learn, Innovate, and self-organize. The goal of Tomorrow Makers is to develop methods of working with complex networks that communities and organizations can use to build healthy communities and resilient local economies.
